Short episodes should not mean small consideration. We target WCAG 2.2 AA across the viewer experience.
What we build for
- Captions on every episode, with adjustable size, colour, background and position.
- Screen-reader labels on all player controls, and full keyboard operation.
- Reduced-motion behaviour that respects your system setting.
- Touch targets sized for one-handed use.
- Contrast checked against AA thresholds in both light and dark surfaces.
- Data-saver and Wi-Fi-only options for constrained connections.
What is not done yet
Audio description, dubbed audio tracks and caption styling controls are specified but not yet shipped. RTL layout support is in place structurally and still needs full review with Arabic captions.
Telling us about a problem
Every series page will carry a report control for metadata and accessibility issues. Reports are routed to a named owner, not a black hole.
