Privacy

Personalization is a choice, not a condition of watching.

What we hold

  • Account basics: email, display name, country and language preferences.
  • Viewing data: where you stopped in an episode, your watchlist, hidden titles.
  • Consent records: what you agreed to, the version, when, and from where.
  • Payment records held by the payment provider — never raw card data on our side.
  • Referral visits: the code you arrived with, plus a one-way scrambled code made from your network address and device type. We keep the scrambled value, never the address itself, and use it only to credit the right affiliate if you switch browsers within 14 days.

Your controls

  • Turn data-based personalization off and still use the service.
  • Reset recommendations, hide a title, or reduce a genre.
  • Separate switches for product, premiere, marketing and creator notifications.
  • Request an export of your data, or delete your account.

Marketing consent is never pre-selected where that is prohibited. Withdrawing consent is recorded with the same detail as granting it.

Deletion and retention

Deleting an account removes your profile, preferences and viewing history. Some financial and fraud records are retained where law requires it, for the period the law requires.

AI use

AI may draft subtitles, translations and metadata for staff review. Your viewing data, submissions and personal information are not used to train external models unless a contract and your explicit consent permit it.
